How long in advance will the musicians arrive?
The musicians normally arrive 1h in advance to get everything ready. If this preparation needs to be done earlier, this is always possible, at a small additional cost.
How long does it take to prepare the material?
+/- 25minutes are enough for all musicians to be fully set up, including a short soundcheck.
What is the minimum space required by the reception band?
With four musicians, we reckon 3.5m wide and 3m deep.
What is the price of the reception band?
Atmosphere always provides a customised quote, as the price depends on the duration, the number of musicians and the location of the reception or event.
Are they professional musicians?
Absolutely! All the musicians are highly trained musicians with particularly extensive experience. They also know perfectly what it is to provide atmospheric background music. Quality and playing pleasure are priority number 1.
What do we have to provide as organisers?
The reception band brings all the supplies themselves. This way, we can always be sure that everything is present. As organiser, you only provide electricity or an extension cable to the place where the musicians will take their seats.
